Unknown people on Tuesday afternoon broke into the house of Mrs. Adelaide Sosseh, mother of Ndey Tapha Sosseh, the President of the Gambia Press Union, at No.172 Yarambamba Estate in Yundum.
Mrs. Sosseh, who returned from Portugal the day before the incident, said unknown people came to her house at a time when no one was there, broke into it through the back door and ransacked everywhere. According to her, nothing was taken way.
The flabbergasted Mrs. Sosseh, who did not point a finger at anyone said, "I don't know who the people were and what they were looking for."
