A boy, 16,
(name withheld) from Tallinding has reportedly been arrested for allegedly
killing a friend on Saturday. Sources said the two, together with three other
friends, went to a dance at Six Junction in Bundung.
On their way back, a quarrel erupted between the alleged culprit and the victim, Sainey Njie, of the same age. In the ensuing fight the alleged culprit stabbed the victim on the chest with a pair of scissors.
The culprit is said to have initially fled arrest but eventually emerged from hiding and is presently in police custody helping them with their investigations.
