Leadership and Values: Led by Executive Director Mustapha Badjie and overseen by Youth and Sports Minister Bakary Y. Badjie, the initiative also instills civic responsibility, discipline, and patriotism.
Meanwhile, Gambian youth leadership and values focus on national unity, civic accountability, and sustainable development.
With over 60% to 70% of the population under the age of 35, young people play an active role in shaping the country's social and economic future.
