Wullikama FC progressed to the final after defeating Heerenveen 2-1 in their semi-final match played on Saturday 9th December 2023.
Heerenveen FC first took the lead in the first half.
Wullikama fought back and scored two goals in the second half to progress to the final of the Brikama nawettan league competition.
Defending champions, Ghana Town cruised to the final after thumping Kenebaring 2-0 in their semi-final match played on Sunday 10th December 2023.
Last year’s league winners, Ghana Town came into the match with the intention of beating their neighbours Kenebaring FC in their semi-final following their influential start to the Brufut nawettan season.
The defeat saw Kenebaring FC out of the Brufut nawettan.
The win earns Ghana Town back-to-back final in the Brufut nawettan following their last year’s triumphant in the annual Brufut nawettan.
Meanwhile, Brufut Youth and Sports Development Committee (BYSDC) is yet to announce date for their much-awaited nawettan league final.
