Wallidan, GAF share spoils in 1st Division

Wallidan and The Gambia Armed Forces on Tuesday shared spoils in the 2021-2022 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) division one league.

The Blue boys and the soldiers drew goalless in their re-scheduled week-nine fixture played at the Late Ousman Saho football field.

The draw earned Wallidan top-spot on the country’s premier league table with 17 points.

The Blue boys are unbeaten in the first division league since the commencement of the league campaign in November 2021.

The Gambia Armed Forces remained 8th place on the country’s elite league table with 10 points after eight league outings.

Meanwhile, Gamtel drew 2-2 with Team Rihno at the Real de Banjul football field to maintain their league title ambitions.
