The opening game featured Vietnam Border and Matta BJ FC. It was a good start from the Vietnam Border boys when Musa Touray made a perfect counter attack from his defence line to the 18 yard box of his opponent and capitalise Matta BJ FC poor defensive error in the 45th minute to break the deadluck and give his side a 1-nil lead going into the break.
Coming from the break, the Vietnam boys continued their spirit with more determination of winning the game. Their efforts paid off when Musa Touray double their lead. to two goals to Matta BJ Muhammed Sillah pulled one back for Matta BJ FC but it only proved to be a consolation as Vietnam Border won 2-1.
