Saikou Barrow makes debut for TMT FC in 1st Division

Central defender Saikou Barrow has made his debut for TMT FC in the 2024\2025 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League.
Barrow and his TMT FC side slipped to BST Galaxy 2-0 in their opening league fixture played at the Late Ousman Saho Football Field in Old Yundum on Saturday.
The former Gunjur United centre-back was absolutely brilliant in his debut for TMT FC in the country’s Elite League.
Barrow will add more depth to TMT FC defence line.
He played for Gunjur United from 2016 to 2024.
Barrow guided Gunjur United to The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League promotion play-offs in 2021 where the Coastal Town boys lost to Team Rhino 2-1 in a thrilling encounter played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.
He also guided Gunjur United to the 2022 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) FF Cup semi-finals where the Coastal Town boys slipped to Wallidan 2-1 on post-match penalty shootouts after regulation time ended 2-2.
Barrow was part of Gunjur zonal team that won the 2016 super nawettan trophy.
He was intructmental for the Coastal Town boys during the country’s prestigious community biggest football fiesta.
Barrow played for Teungueth FC in the 2022\2023 Senegal Premier League before returning to Gunjur United last season.
