Red Scorpions arrive in Freetown ahead of Aigles de Medina clash

Red Scorpions have landed safely in Freetown, Sierra Leone ahead of their 2024 WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League opening group match against Aigles de Medina of Senegal.

Coach Choro Mbenga Jobe and her charges embarked on intensive training sessions before travelling to Sierra Leone for the WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League.

Red Scorpions have been paired with Aigles de Medina, Determine Girls and Mogbewmo Queens in the group phase of the 2024 WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League.

The Gambian champions will be keen to win all their group matches to cruise to the next round of the WAFU Zone A CAF Women’s Champions League.

It could be recalled that Red Scorpions won the 2023-2024 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Women’s League Division One league title after their stunning performance during the league campaign.
