Musa Juwara extends Bologna contract until 2024

Italian top flight side, Bologna has extended the contract of sensational Gambian wonder kid Musa Juwara until June 30, 2024.

The 18-year-old arrived last summer from Chievo Verona to reinforce the Rossoblu reserve team (U-19) but later joined the Bologna Serie A side during the season.

Musa founded the net 11 times in just 16 Primavera games for Bologna youth team last season.

The Tujereng-born was mainly deployed last season as a substitute on the winger and scored his first Serie A goal in their San Siro victory over Inter Milan.

Juwara left the Gambia at the age of 14 to reach Europe in search for greener pastures.

Musa Juwara was quickly spotted for his footballing skills by Virtus Avigliano in 2016.
