Milan FC win Serrekunda East knock out title

Milan FC have won the 2024 Serrekunda East ‘nawettan’ knock out trophy following 4-2 post-match penalty shootouts victory over Milan Rossonari FC after normal time ended goalless in a well-attended final played at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium on Friday.

Both sides were enthusiastic to beat each other to lift the Serrekunda East nawettan knock out trophy but regular time ended goalless.

This pushed the match into post-match penalty shootouts, which ended 4-2 in favour of Milan FC.

As champions, Milan FC were decorated with a giant trophy and undisclosed cash prize while Milan Rossonari FC received an undisclosed cash prize as runners-up.

The 2024 Serrekunda East nawettan knock out final attracted football fans from Serrekunda East and its satellite areas.
