The duo advanced to the final following their hard-fought semi-final victories over Steve Biko and Tujereng FC in their last four matches played at the Palma Rima Beach on Sunday.
Kunkujang Friends produced a stunning fight to beat a very determined Steve Biko side 8-7 after extra time to advance to the final.
Gunjur Dabanani FC fought back from a two goal deficit twice to defeat Tujereng FC 4-5 in a nail-biting semi-final match to progress to the final.
The 2024 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Beach Soccer final between Kunkujang Friends and Gunjur Dabanani is slated for Sunday18th August 2024.
Meanwhile, Steve Biko and Tujereng FC will square off in the third and fourth place play-off match on the same day.
