No Stress FC defeated Obama Street FC 1-0 in their quarter-final match played at the Gunjur Upper Basic School Field on Saturday.
Kawsu Sanneh’s first half strike was all but enough to earn No Stress FC a place in the semi-finals of the on-going late Mbarika Touray memorial knock-out competition.
Ombama Street FC fought hard for an equaliser but to no avail thus the match ended 1-0 in favour of No Stress FC.
The defeat saw Obama Street FC out of the late Mbarika Touray memorial knock-out competition after slipping to No Stress FC in their quarter-final match.
Meanwhile, Kawsu Sanneh won the Man of the Match award following his sterling performance for No Stress FC in their slender quarter-final win over Obama Street FC.
