Jasseh Investment has lifted the third edition of Real Estate football tournament trophy after beating Empire Home 2-1 in a final played at the Zico Football Field in Brusubi.
The tournament was organised by BB Consultancy and Association of Real Estate Companies (AREC).
The tournament brought together fifteen (15) real estate companies under one umbrella.
Empire Homes took the lead through Siaka Camara in the 17th minute of the match.
Alieu Jobe restored parity for Jasseh Investment before half time after capitalizing from Empire Home's net-minder hawler to tap home into empty net.
Demba Jasseh's stoppage time strike was enough to earn Jasseh Investment the trophy.
As champions, Jasseh Investment went home with a giant trophy and a cash prize of D35, 000 while Empire Home received a mini trophy and D30,000 as runners -up.
Demba Jasseh of Jasseh Investment won the player of tournament award.
Momodou Cherno Ndure received the best CEO award.
Speaking to journalists shortly after the final, head coach of Jasseh Investment, Abdoulie Mubarak Jallow, expressed delight after guiding his team to the trophy.
Jallow thanked his players for completing the task.
He also thanked his staff and CEO for rendering support to the team since the onset.
Ebrima Fatty, a team representative from Empire Homes, expressed his disappointment after the final match.
Yamundow Joof of Salam Financial Services, Madam Ngoneh Njie-Ndure of Sahara Real Estate and president of AREC Hatab Manneh all graced the final.
Meanwhile, all participating Real Estate Companies were presented with certificate of recognition for their participation in the tournament.
