Gunjur Utd mauls MTN Academy in friendly as 2nd tier edges nearer

Gunjur United on Saturday defeated MTN Football Academy 2-0 in a friendly match played at the Gunjur upper and senior secondary school football field as the 2020-2021 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) division two league season draws closer.

The Coastal town boys dominated the match and crafted numerous goal scoring opportunities.

They scored two goals in the match without MTN Football Academy responding to secure a resounding win.

Meanwhile, Gunjur United will begin their 2020-2021 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) division two league campaign against Immigration on Thursday 14 January 2021, at the Real De Banjul Football Academy Field in Basori.
