Gunjur Utd, Bombada share plunder in WCR fitness tourney

Gunjur United and Bombada on Sunday shared spoils in the ongoing West Coast Region fitness football tournament following their 1-1 draw in their opening group B encounter played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.

Former Gambia U-20 striker Mustapha Drammeh gave Bombada the lead in the first half after dribbling past Gunjur United defenders to fire home the opener for the Brikama based-club.

Gunjur United responded back for an equaliser and leveled the scores through defender Buba Sanneh in the second half after missing numerous goal scoring opportunities in the first half.

In the others scores, Soccer FC drew goalless with Misera United while Fortune drew 1-1 with Marakissa United.
