The D Lincense course is an entry level coaching certification for handball, issued by the International Handball Federation (IHF) upon completion of the D Lincense Course.
Other levels include C Lincense, B Lincense and A Lincense.
In his remarks, Secretary General of GNOC, Yorro Njie expressed appreciation to partners of GNOC and facilitators of the training.
Njie urged the participants to utilise the knowledge gained from the training.
"It must be taken back to your clubs, schools and communities to uplift the standards of handball, nurture young talents and ensure grows stronger and more inclusive," Njie said.
Second-Vice president of The Gambia Handball Association (GHA), Ebrima Jefang, urged the participants to make the best use of the knowledge attained from the training.
Egyptian trainer, Tarek Lofti, expressed gratitude, adding that The Gambia felt like home.
A trainee, Teneng Jarjue, expressed appreciation for staging the training, while describing the training as momentous.
She expressed gratitude to the GNOC.
Jarju thanked GHA and the trainer and implored her colleagues to utilise the knowledge gained from the training.
