Gambia U-17 ready for WAFU Zone A tourney

The Gambia U-17 team is ready for the 2020 WAFU zone A football tournament as the annual championship is slated to begin on 11 December 2020 in Sierra Leone.

The young Scorpions are currently preparing themselves well for the sub-regional football championship.

Coach Abdoulie Bojang and his charges played series of test match with Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One and Two league clubs to improve their weakness prior to the 2020 WAFU zone A U-17 football tournament.

Meanwhile, Coach Bojang will be hoping to emulate coach Matarr Mboge, who guided The Gambia U-20 team to the 2020 WAFU zone U-20 football tournament title.
