Ebrima Colley’s Atalanta snatches vital point against Juventus in Serie A

Gambian influential striker Ebrima Colley’s Atalanta Football Club secured a significant point against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus in the 2019-2020 Italian Serie A to boost their chances of qualifying for UEFA Champions League next year.

Colley and his side held mighty Juventus to a 2-2 draw in a tricky clash, played at the Allianz Stadium in Turin on Saturday evening.

Duvan Zapata gave Colley’s Atalanta the lead after 16th minute before Cristiano Ronaldo leveled the scores for Juventus in the 55th minute from penalty spot.

Striker Ruslan Malinovskiy netted the second goal for Atalanta in the 80th minute before Cristiano Ronaldo leveled matter for Juventus in the 90th minute from another penalty to ensure they share the spoils.

Meanwhile, Ebrima Colley’s Atalanta remained third-spot in the Italian Serie A standings with 67 points after thirty-two league matches.
