On this occasion, Me Abdoulaye Wade, beyond his person, dedicates this high mark of appreciation to all his former civil and military collaborators, to the activists, admirers, sympathizers, officials and civilians and especially to the Senegalese youth, to the mothers of Senegal, as well as all of Africa whose current results are not only the product of their permanent labor and endless courage.
