Speaking at the handing-over ceremony, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Hon Seedy Njie congratulated Golden FC for their outstanding Performance in the Kunkujang Keitaya league.
Njie also congratulated Golden United FC for their well-deserved victory.
He urged Golden FC to stay focused and maintain their regular training sessions for progressive wins ahead.
Head Coach of Golden FC, Sallah Benz, expressed delight for the gesture, saying the donated items would help to ease the team’s logistic challenges.
“The jerseys and technical kits cost a lot of money,” he said, adding that the team would now spend their money on other pertinent financial issues.
Benz commended Hon. Seedy Njie and Omar Faye for their laudable support to Golden FC.
