Gunjur United opened the scores through influential winger Abdoulie Jassey alias Dybala in the 5th minute of the match after dribbling past Brikama United’s goalkeeper.
Brikama United responded back for an equaliser and launched several goal scoring opportunities but were wasteful in front of goal thus the first half ended 1-0 in favour of Gunjur.
Brikama United levelled the scores through substitute striker Sainey Bojang immediately after the interval.
Sainey Bojang scored the second goal for Brikama United in the 60th minute of the match before substitute midfielder Salifu Bojang alias Bapa levelled matter for Gunjur United in the 70th minute.
Striker Sainey Bojang netted the winner for Brikama United in the dying minute of the match.
Gunjur United fought hard for an equaliser and crafted some goal scoring opportunities but failed to capitalise on them thus the match ended 3-2 in favour of Brikama United.
