Sep 17, 2021, 1:09 PM | Article By: Pa  Barrow

Brikama United Football Club has dissolved both its male and female technical staff with immediate effect.

The decision was reached after the club’s Board Members and Brikama Sports Committee jointly agreed in a meeting to dissolve the team’s technical staff.

According to them, the decision was necessitated by The Gambia Football Federation’s (GFF) intention to professionalise the league and league clubs by 2022-23 season.

Meanwhile, the board and sports committee have announced the opening of applications from qualified and interested candidates for the positions of head coach and other technical staff for both its male and female teams.

They said all applications must be submitted to Brikama United Board Secretary Kalilu Bojang.

Applications were opened yesterday, 16th September and will close on 23rd September 2021.
