Both sides reached the final showpiece after winning their semifinal matches, played at the Kombo South coastal town biggest football arena over the weekend.
The tournament is organised by Red Star Family FC in memory of their former prolific striker Saikou Chorr alias Saikou Njie, who passed away earlier this year. Saikou was part of Gunjur’s team that lifted the super Nawettan trophy in 2016.
