B.K. Milan dream start stretches, Tallinding Utd nightmares continues

Bakau Kachikally Milan (B.K. Milan) have continued their dream start to the season, while Buffer Zone boys, Tallinding United’s nightmares of a poor start to the season continued during their week-five fixtures of The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Second Division League played on Saturday.

B.K. Milan FC continued their impressive start to the season after defeating Hart FC 4-1 during a game played at the Banjul KG5 Mini Stadium.

The victory maintained B.K. Milan FC at the top of the table standings with 15 points, while newly promoted side, Hart FC dropped to 8th position with 7 points after 5 matches.

B4U Kiang West beat Young Africans 3-2 during a game played at the Soma Mini Stadium.

The win was the first for the Lower River Region-based team. Theg currently sit at the bottom of the table (17th) position with 3 points, while Banjul-based team, Young Africans occupy 10th position with 5 points.

Bombada FC beat Kuteh Jumbulo 2-0 during a game played at the Brikama Box-Bar Mini Stadium.

The victory moved the Brikama-based team, Bombada FC to 6th position with 7 points, while the defeat dropped newly promoted side, Kuteh Jumbulo to 14th position with 4 points.

BST Galaxy FC drew 1-1 against TMT FC during a game played at the Late Ousman Saho Field in Old Yundum.

BST Galaxy, who were having a good run maintained their 2nd position with 11 points. They are leveled with Elite United, while TMT FC occupy 4th position with 8 points .

Elite United beat Tallinding United 1-0 during a game played at the Live Your Dreams Football Academy in Basori.

Last year’s relegated side, Elite United now moved to 3rd position with 11 points, leveled with BST Galaxy FC. Buffer Zone boys, Tallinding United dropped to 16th position with 3 points, leveled B4U Kiang West.
