Ambassador Jaiteh calls for peaceful election

Goodwill Ambassador for Sports, H.E Tijan Jaiteh has advised Gambians for peaceful presidential election.

“The election is just around the corner and it is the civic duty of every eligible Gambian to vote’’, Jaiteh revealed. 

‘‘I encourage everyone to go out and vote in an orderly and discipline fashion,’’ he said.

He added that there is nothing more important than peace in a country especially during election.

He revealed that there cannot be any meaningful development in the absence of peace.

“I want to advise Gambians to wait and respect the results as announced by the IEC,’’ Jaiteh advised.
