Brikama United and Gambia U-20 team on Friday fired blank in the BK Milan player’s fund raising football match at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.
The 26-year-old opened the scoring for his side with a clinical finished in the 27th minute and went on to provide an assist for Jules Keita to score the third goal in the 83rd minute.
Georgi Yomov scored the second goal for CSKA Sofia in the 38th minute, while Sebastian Pingel scored the only consolation goal for B36 Torshavn in the 61st minute.
The Gambian international striker has now scored three and assisted two in the UEFA Europa League qualification rounds.
The Serekunda-born player has now guided his Bulgarian side to the Europa League playoff against FC Basel to be played on Thursday 1st October 2020.
According to Fallaboweh, Ali Sowe said that their game against Basel will be very important for them as they will be looking for a place to the Europa League group stages.
“Basel are a great team. These are the matches that every footballer dreams of. We are happy to have secured this playoff. Our goal is to reach the Europa League groups and we will fight to achieve that," he noted.
