The 21-year-old Gambian international left Austrian Regionalliga (third tier) side Pinzgau Saalfelden where he was loaned from South Moravian side MFK Vyskov.
The former Fortune FC player was an instrumental figure for the Austrian side, scoring three goals in eleven appearances for Pinzgau Saalfelden in the Austrian third tier league.
Head coach of FC Pinzgau, Christian Ziege said: “We wish Jatta all the best and much success in his new challenge. We tried everything to keep him with us because he was a very important player for our club. He really wanted to make the step into a first division during the winter, and he has now achieved this goal with his move to Latvia. It's a shame, of course, but we're still well positioned for spring. "
The Abuko-born player started his professional career in the US Soccer League with North Texas SC on loan in 2019 after signing for Czech Republic club, MFK Vyskov in 2018.
FK RFS or Rigas FS finished the Latvian Virsliga (premier league) in second position with 66 points after 27 matches.
