Alassana Jatta resumes scoring for Viborg FF

Gambian striker, Alassana Jatta resumed scoring for his Danish second division side, Viborg FF during their 4-0 home thumping of FC Fredericia in their week-seventeen fixtures of the Danish 1st Division League played at the Energi Viborg Arena.

The 22-year-old scored his side’s second goal with a nice finish inside the 6-yard box in the 36 minutes of the second half.

Sebastian Gronning opened the scoring for Viborg FF in the 18 minutes of the second half. Tobias Bech Kristensen registered Viborg’s third goal in the 85 minutes while Jeff Mensah wrapped the score-line in additional time to made it 4-0 for the Greens.

Former Real de Banjul player, Alassana Jatta has now scored two goals in four league matches for Viborg FF as he helped them in their pursuit for promotion.

The latest triumph has moved Viborg to the top of the standings with 41 points while FC Fredericia are sitting fourth position with 27 points after seventeen.
