The handing over ceremony was held at the company’s conference hall and was graced by the committee’s president, Musa Ndow and its first Vice President, Sheikh Tijan Jarju.
It could be recalled that Africell Company has promised to support this year’s Serrekunda West Sports Organisation nawettan with a budget of D300, 000.
Africell provided SWSDO Free ISP internet connection for official use at the committee office, 20 Closed User Group (CUG) lines for the duration of the contract agreement and 20 Africell smart phones.
Africell will also provide four set of jerseys to the finalists of the nawettan competition each year under the contract agreement.
Meanwhile, Africell and Serrekunda West Committee signed a five year sponsorship agreement.
