Scorpions’ midfielder Ablie Jallow has scored his fourth league goal of the season for his French side Metz during their 2-0 home win over Quevilly Rouen in their week-19 fixtures of the French Ligue 2 played at the Stade Saint-Symphorien on Friday.

The 24-year-old scored his side’s opening goal in the 72th minute, before Georges Mikautadze doubled their lead in the 90+2 minutes.

The Gambia international Ablie Jallow has now scored his fourth goal of the season for Metz in 18 games in the France Second Division League.

The Bundung-born player scored his first goal of the season for Metz during their 2-0 victory over Valenciennes on 13th August, 2022.

Germano, as he is fondly called, rejoined Metz in July 2022 after a loan spell in Belgium with RFC Seraing, where he made 44 league appearances in total, scoring 10 goals and providing six assists.

The victory moved Metz FC to 3rd position with 31 points after 19 matches.

Meanwhile, Ablie Jallow and Metz's next Ligue 2 fixture will be away to Valenciennes on 28th January, 2023.
