
The program, holding at the Northeast Normal University (NENU) in Changchun City, is tailored for education administrators from developing countries. It is fully funded by the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and brings together 31 participants from various nations.
This intensive training seeks to expose participants to comparative education reforms, international best practices, and modern administrative strategies used in advanced education systems. For MoBSE, it represents a strategic move to enhance the professional capacity of its personnel and improve the overall quality of early childhood education in The Gambia. According to the Communications Unit of MoBSE, this seminar is part of a broader capacity-building initiative that underscores the strong and growing bilateral cooperation between The Gambia and China - particularly in the field of education.
