During the day’s session, the Commission concentrated on findings contained in the 2020-2021 Mansakonko Area Council Audit Report. The inquiry exposed discrepancies in the council's financial records, with D977,600 untraceable from private receipt books.

Sallah's admission to erroneous execution of instructions and failure to record cheque payments received from institutions further fueled concerns.
