Jeng’s commitment to excellence is reflected in his impressive academic credentials. He is the founder and managing consultant of Bliss Executives, a management consultancy firm, and serves as managing director of Chapman Xpress Financial Services. Jeng has been active in business development and entrepreneurship for 15 years, with particular expertise in innovation, intellectual property, and small and medium enterprise (SME) development across Africa.
Jeng has emerged as a transformative figure in the country’s sphere. Known for his eloquence, forward-thinking vision, and passion for entrepreneurs especially in the creative industry, Jeng has become a beacon of hope for young.
He has served on multiple boards and advisory positions, including: Board of Directors of the Gambia Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI), National Intellectual Property Council of The Gambia, Board of the President’s International Award Scheme, Strategy Chair of the Next Einstein Forum Community of Scientist Executives. He is also a founding member of #MyAfCFTA, a Pan-African initiative supporting the implementation of the African Continental Free Trade Area. Jeng is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management and Leadership.

Jeng is a Mandela Washington Fellow, having completed leadership training in Business at the University of Notre Dame and a Professional Development Experience at the Penn Center for Innovation at the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeng previously served as Business Support Coordinator at Startup Incubator Gambia, where he played a key role in developing and guiding early-stage ventures. He is a Certified UNCTAD-Empretec National Master Trainer with over a decade of experience delivering training in behavioral entrepreneurship. His additional certifications include ILO-SIYB Trainer, SME Loop Business Trainer and Coach, and credentials in design thinking, food safety, and quality management.
One of Jengs’s most notable achievements is his ability to recognize the untapped potential of creative industry. Jeng’s profile continues to rise as he puts The Gambia on the global stage. Overall, he is celebrated for his integrity and meaningful contributions to the growth of youths in The Gambia.
On his advice to other young entrepreneurs, he says: “make your vision a shared vision. It is easier to overcome obstacles when you move with people with a similar end goal in mind.”
