Altogether Giving Africa (AGA) Gambia team members recently drove  approximately 153 kilometres to visit a village (Bambako) in Kiang to give donations provided by AGA UK  community. The donated items included several cartons of clothes, shoes, among other materials.

AGA UK expressed gratitude to its team for their dedicationand passion, adding that they are an outstanding reminder of what can be accomplished when the fundamental values of an organisation are actively practised and demonstrated.

“The values of AGA serve as our basis and moral compass in all aspects of our existence. Our model of living our values has strengthened our pillars and preserved our structures. As a result, fueling our purpose is a vital element in achieving our objectives, said Angie Graham, founder of AGA UK/Gambia.

“Each of us can make a positive difference if we commit ourselves to do so.”

“We are humbled and grateful to be in a position to enhance people's lives. Small acts, when multipled by many people, can transform lives,” she added.

The visit moved both the UK and Gambian teams. Alagie Ceesay and other families were really appreciative for the support.  They stated that this was the first time they had received any donations for anyone. Your ongoing support is invaluable.

Altogether Giving Africa (AGA)  is a charity based in the United Kingdom and The Gambia. In July this year, it raised funds to support the restoration and strengthening of a family's home in Bafuloto after it was destroyed by torrential rain.
