
He was accused of interfering with the witness Sarata Jaiteh, who last week testified before the Local Government Commission of Inquiry (LGCI).
According to an LGCI Commissioner, Jaja confronted Witness Jaiteh over his testimony before the Commission, who, after a brief skirmish reported the matter to the police.
The Commissioner has confirmed to The Point that Jaja’s action was tantamount to the contempt of the Commission – forcing the LGCI to order for his “committal arrest.” He would appear before the Commission of Thursday.
