In a complimentary message transmitted through the British High Commission in The Gambia, His Majesty King Charles III has conveyed heartfelt congratulations to His Excellency and the people of the Republic of The Gambia, on the country’s 58th Independence Anniversary.
In his message, His Majesty expressed optimism that the warm friendship and strong partnership, including commonwealth membership, would be further strengthened in these challenging times.
Similarly, the Leadership of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, His Royal Highness the Custodian of the
Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in his message expressed best felicitations
and wished President Adama Barrow constant good health and happiness and the government and
people of the Republic of The Gambia steady progress and prosperity. His Royal Highness, Prince
Mohammed bin Salman Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent a similar
message.
The latest message received at the State House came from the President of the State of Israel, H.E
Isaac Herzog, on behalf of his citizens, observing the democratic gains in The Gambia realised under
the leadership of President Barrow. President Herzog emphasised his country’s desire to enhance
cooperation with The Gambia in the fields of agriculture and Education in the mutual benefit of both countries.
