Following the full publication of the provisional list of voters generated during the 2026 supplementary registration of voters in accordance with section 22(5) of the Elections Act 2025, the Commission extends the period for receipt of appeals and objections to 27 July, 2026.
Revising courts will be established immediately after the period of receipt of appeals and objections to hear and determine cases. The list of persons making appeals and objections and those being objected to, will be published by the Commission, at its offices.
The Commission assures the general public and all stakeholders in the electoral process of its determination to enhance integrity and credibility of the electoral process
