Foreign Minister Tangara congratulated the new envoys on their appointment and expressed the Government of The Gambia’s readiness to cooperate with their respective countries in the areas of mutual interest.
On their part, the new envoys reassured the Foreign Minister of their preparedness to further deepen the already existing cordial relations between their respective countries and The Gambia at the bilateral and multilateral levels .
The new envoys are the Ambassador of Republic of Portugal, H.E. Mrs. Florbela Alhinho Paraiba, Ambassador of the Republic of Finland, H.E. Ms. Anu Saxen, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, H.E. Mr. Bartlomiej Zdaniuk, Ambassador of the Republic of Romania, H.E. Mr. Nicolae Nastase, and the Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Mrs. Emma Henewah Mensah.
