The suspect is charged with aggravated homosexuality contrary to Section 144A of the amended criminal code revised edition 2014.
A anonymous source confirmed the development, saying: “The suspected homosexual allegedly forced the 12-year-old boy into his house where he had the carnal knowledge with the boy.”
“The suspect who was arrested by police sometime back will be dragged to court in Brikama. He is accused of having carnal knowledge with a 12-year-old boy against the order of nature; through his mouth and anus thereby committing an offence,” our source posited.
