The murder trial involving one Kalieu Conteh is expected to proceed at Bundung Magistrates' court after it had been stalled for a very long time now.
The accused Kalieu Conteh was some time last year arraigned at the Bundung Magistrates Court charged with murder.
According to the particulars of the offence on or about 2007 at Sukuta , the accused willfully and unlawfully struck one Mariama Camara with a pestle on her head at the time of her pregnancy period. The accused denied the charge.
Trial resumes on 28th July.
