Sports House Basketball Team will rub shoulders with YMCA Basketball Team in group B encounter of the Late Pa Modou Sarr Memorial Basketball Tournament, later today, 24 February 2012 at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium Basketball Court.
Sports House and YMCA are familiar faces in the annual Late Pa Modou Sarr Memorial Basketball tournament and both sides performed extremely well in last year’s edition.
Saturday’s clash is described by many basketball fans as a mouthwatering encounter.
On Saturday’s game show, defending champions Wallidan Basketball Team will lock horns with Bakau United in a group A game to be played at the Serrekunda West Mini-stadium Basketball Court.
Wallidan, who won last year’s trophy, will be expecting a victory in order to stand a better chance of reaching the semifinal, while Bakau United also will be hoping for a win against defending champions Wallidan to bag the maximum points.
