Hawks ended their winless sprint in the ongoing Gambia Football Federation
(GFF) second division league after been winless since the start of the second
tier campaign on December 4.
The
Young Red Devils whacked Jam City 2-0 in the week-three fixture, played at the
Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on Wednesday, after slipping to PSV Wellingara 2-0
and Latrikunda United 2-1 in their two opening league outings.
They
netted two goals without Jam City answering to end their winless string in the
second tier to also move away from the relegation zone.

Hawks has now bagged 3 points after three league matches and Jam City with only
1 point in two league games with a match in hand against Serrekunda East Bi.
Meanwhile,
Steve Biko drew goalless with newly-promoted side Falcons at the Serrekunda
East Mini Stadium. Falcons grabbed 4 points in three league outings and Steve
Biko with only 1 point after three league matches.
