Medina FC were crowned champions of the 2010 Ndofan Football Championship, organised by Ndofan Sports Committee.

As champions Medina FC received a cash prize of D3, 000 with a trophy, while Ndofan FC went again with D2, 000. The most disciplined team went to Fass Njaga Choi FC and they received a cash prize of D500.
Earlier on the same day in the 3pm kick-off at the Biri-Biri playing ground in Ndofan in the U-15 category, sponsored by Musa Njie, Berending FC beat Berending Young Ngalling Sonko FC and went home with a trophy and a cash prize of 1,500.
Runners-up Berending Young Ngalling Sonko FC received a consolation prize of D1000.
