The most awaited Kombo South District Sports Committee (KSDSC) Inter-village Football Tournament will commence tomorrow, 18 June 2011.
The opening game will feature Kartong and Jambanjelly in group C at the Gunjur playground.
Kartong were the runners-up in the 2008 edition following their 4-3 defeat to Farato on post-match penalty shootout in the final after a 1-1 draw in the regulation time at the Gunjur playground.
They will also come all out for revenge after losing to Jambanjelly 3-1 in the West Cost Region third division qualifiers in 2004 a result that earned Jambanjelly a place in the GFA third division triangular qualifiers.
On Sunday 19 June 2011, Berending will face Batokunku in group A game at the Gunjur playground, while Tujereng will battle it out with Banyaka in group B encounter at the Sanyang playground the same day.
Ticket for the match is pegged at D5.00.
