Man identified as one Bubacarr Jallow, a Guinean national was recently arraigned before Magistrate Efim of the Brikama Magistrates' Court, charged with indecent assault.
According to the particulars of offence, on 4th January 2010 at Sanyang village, Kombo South, Western Region, the accused Bubacarr Jallow indecently assaulted an under-aged girl "by exposing his private part on her".
Meanwhile, the accused who pleaded not guilty was granted court bail in the sum of D50, 000 with a Gambian surety who must have a passport and ID card.
