Men Arraigned for Fighting in Court Premises

One Bala Secka and Modou Sanneh were on Tuesday 21st April arraigned before Magistrate Mbake for fighting at the premises of the Kanifing Magistrates' Court on the 14th of April 2009.

Since they have shown remorse and regret over their "immature act", Magistrate Mbake decided to discharge them of the act and warned them of severe punishment when such an act is repeated.
