Relations Officer of the Gambia Armed Forces, Lieutenant Colonel Omar B.
Bojang, has confirmed to this paper that seven army officers have been
reinstated following their sacking by the former regime.
Those
reinstated are Colonel Momodou Jallow, Lieutenant Colonel Pierre Mendy,
Lieutenant Colonel Bunja Darboe, Major Wassa Camara, Major Yaya Darboe, Major
AbdouKarim Jah and Captain Pharing Sanyang.
