Our aim is to stay in the top flight next season-SK United gaffer

The head coach of Serrekunda United, Pa Lamin Sillah said their aim is to remain the team in the country’s top flight next season and avoid relegation to the second division.

Coach Sillah was speaking to reporters shortly after his side’s 2-1 defeat to Brikama United in the week four fixtures played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium on Saturday.

Coach Sillah revealed that the performance of his team was not impressive in the first half that was why conceded two goals.

Coach Sillah added that the performance in the second half was good and were able to pull back which eventually proved to be a consolation goal for them.

Coach Sillah pointed out that would go back to the training ground and improve on their weakness and prepare well for their upcoming league games to move away from relegation zone.

For his part, Sulayman Kuyateh the head coach, Brikama United, said was glad to grab his first three points in the league, adding that that the team would improve as league games unfold.
