GFA League Matches Draw to Mid-break

The first round matches of The Gambia Football Association first Division twelve team league, is drawing to an end as the season enters week ten today.

Leaders Armed Forces will take on fifth place Gamtel in Manjai.

Equal contenders Bakau United will meet Hawks at the Serrekunda East Mini-stadium. Bakau United is occupying third place together with defending champions Wallidan with 13 points.

Hawks is on seven position with eleven points.

Another interesting encounter today will feature the two promoted teams Brikama United and Tallinding United in Brikama. Tallinding United is second from bottom with 9 points  while Brikama is occupying 6th position with 13 points.

Defending champions Wallidan will meet Sea View at the Independence Stadium in Bakau.

Seaview is currently sharing the same points Samger at nine position and 10 points.

In tomorrow's encounters, second place Steve Biko will meet Real de Banjul, who are eight position in the standings at Brikama, while bottom place  Africell will  take on the Academy boys, Samger  at the  at the Serrekunda East Mini stadium.
