Taiwanese President Congratulates Jammeh

The president of the Republic of China on Taiwan, His Excellency Ma Ying-Jeou, has sent a message of felicitation to the Gambian leader President Jammeh on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the July 22nd Revolution. In his message, President Ma said that the people of The Gambia are much better off than they were ever before. "I am confident that with your capable guidance the nation will continue to make more progress in many fields in the years to come. We are proud to be your partner in development," he sated.

President Ma used the opportunity to reassure the Gambian leader of Taiwan's continued corporation and brotherly ties.
